Gold Studio

The Gold Studio is a large open-plan studio, containing a double bed, study desk and chair, wardrobe, shelving, en-suite and kitchen/lounge area.

It’s a great option for students who want to have their own private space, but still want to live in a vibrant student community!

The studio has up to 250Mbps Wi-Fi, which is included in your rent along with all other utility bills and contents insurance. This helps offer you hassle-free living, knowing your bills are already covered!

By booking this room type, you will receive one of the studio types shown in the image gallery  –  if you have a preference, please let us know which you prefer in your application and we’ll check if available at that time, if not, we’ll offer you another type in of the Gold Studio if available. In one of the studio types, you’ll see brickwork exposed and we have done this to honour the original character of the building.

We welcome sole applicants for this studio. However, if you prefer to book one on double occupancy (two applicants), please get in touch on 0161 200 5560 and we can check the availability for you as they’re available on select studios. If you were to book double occupancy, there is an extra £30 per week charge for double occupancy.
