Silver Basement Studio

The Silver Basement Studio is a medium open-plan studio, containing a double bed, study desk and chair, wardrobe, shelving, en-suite and kitchen/lounge area. It is situated on the basement/lowest floor of the building.

It’s a great option for students who want to have their own private space, but still want to live in a vibrant student community!

The studio has up to 250 MB Wi-Fi, which is included in your rent along with all other utility bills and contents insurance. This helps offer you hassle-free living, knowing your bills are already covered!

The images for this room type are of a Silver Studio on a higher floor (not the basement floor).  The basement floor/level will mean your bedroom window view may be at road or basement/underground level. The style and furnishings on the images will be similar to the Silver Basement Studio but the light levels and window view will be different.
