Current residents who Rebook for a dwell property for the 2024/25 academic year within the month of November 2023 will be entered into a draw to win a £250 Ticketmaster voucher. They’d need to meet the below criteria to be entered into the draw:

‘Rebooker’ means a student who is living with us for the 2023/24 academic year, as well as now completing a booking for the 2024/25 academic year, paid all the agreed rent and provided all the necessary documents for their stay with us, outlined when the contract was signed.

‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2024/25 academic year which requires you to sign a tenancy agreement with dwell Student Living which is accepted, and for all guarantor documentation to be provided and accepted if applicable.

‘HEI’ means a higher education institution, including universities.

‘Offer’ means a cashback incentive offer.

‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy for the 2024/25 academic year.

£300 cashback offer in Archer House – Gold Ensuite – 51 weeks only T&Cs

‘Cashback’ means a monetary reward, taken off of the total 2024/25 rent amount.

1. Customers who book the Archer House Gold Ensuite room on the 51 week contract for the 2024/25 academic year, will receive £300 cashback, subject to these terms and conditions:
   1a) By applying for and signing a contract for the Archer House Gold Ensuite room on the 51 week contract length, during the below stated time period:
   1b) This offer will run from 11AM (BST) on 1st August 2024 up until 11AM (BST) on 12th August 2024

2. To qualify and receive the offer once the customer has checked into their 2024/25 academic year accommodation, the customer must satisfy all the following conditions:

(i) booked for 2024/25 academic year accommodation by completing the rebooking Google form (if a current resident), or on our website’s booking system if a new student to dwell (internet access required for both);

(ii) booked for 2024/25 in the following applicable site and room type, on a 51 week contract length only:

Archer House:

• Gold Ensuite on 51 week contract length = £300 Cashback

(iii) must have used the applicable offer code “CB300” in their application’s “Application Offer”, “Booking Offer” or “Other information” section;

(iv) signed their 2024/25 accommodation contract within 7 days of being sent it;

(v) not requested a cancellation for their 2024/25 dwell accommodation booking;

(vi) be aged 18 years or older at the start of the 2024/25 tenancy period and undertaking a course of study at a HEI in the United Kingdom during the 2024/25 academic year;

(vii) checked-into the accommodation for your 2024/25 contract tenancy period;

(viii) be living with dwell Student Living on 18th September 2024 with a valid tenancy agreement and without having given dwell Student Living notice of cancellation;

(ix) not be in rent arrears or have any outstanding payments associated with their dwell account by 27th September 2024;

And

(x) provided all supporting documents for the booking which are accepted by dwell.

3. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, the cashback payment will be made in the form of 2 equal rent rebates added to your account, against your first and second instalments (or the full amount will be credited to your overall rent, if you are paying in full)

(ii) Gold Ensuite = £400 cashback = 2 x £200 rent rebates

(iii) If paying in full, the full cashback amount you are eligible for will be deducted from your total rent

1a)  By being in the first 25 residents at your site to rebook for the 2023/24 academic year

1b)  This spin the wheel competition will end either when all 25 prizes have been selected,  or at 11.59pm GMT on 30th November 2022 (“Entry Period”)

The competition will run until one of the above is met, whichever happens soonest.

2. Qualifying customer must live with us for the 2022/23 academic year, and rebook for the 2023/24 academic year (at an applicable site) by showing their completed Google rebooking form to their reception team.  This will then be confirmed by the Sales Team.

3. Once this is verified, customer may then spin the wheel to see which prize they land on.

5. As long as the customer meets the above criteria, they’ll be emailed about their prize between 2nd-6th October 2023, letting the customer know by which date to expect or collect their prize by.
